1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Islomov Odilhon Rustamovich ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the MAP — Muslim Audio Player mobile application (the "App"), available on Google Play (package name: uz.devior.playnidaa).
By installing or using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Do NOT Collect
- No account or registration — the App does not require sign-up, login, or any personal identification.
- No name, email, or phone number — we never ask for or store personal contact details.
- No location data — the App does not access GPS or network-based location.
- No camera or microphone recordings — the RECORD_AUDIO permission is used exclusively for the real-time audio visualizer feature and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.
- No browsing history or contacts — the App does not access your browser, contacts, calendar, or messages.
3. Information We Collect
The App collects only the minimum information necessary to function properly and to improve your experience:

All data above is collected and processed by Google Firebase under Google's Privacy Policy. Firebase may use instance identifiers which are not linked to your personal identity.
3.2 Purchase Information
If you choose to purchase the premium upgrade, the transaction is processed entirely by Google Play Billing. We receive a purchase token and order ID to verify and grant your premium status. We do not receive or store your payment card details, billing address, or Google account email. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for how Google handles payment data.
3.3 Local Device Data
The App accesses audio files stored on your device to display and play them. This data:
- Is read locally only using the Android MediaStore API.
- Is never uploaded to any server.
- Includes metadata such as title, artist, album, duration, and file path — used solely for the music library interface.
Your playlists, favorites, equalizer presets, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using an on-device database and are never transmitted.

5. Third-Party Services
The App integrates the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging, Remote Config, In-App Messaging) — Firebase Privacy Policy

We do not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, social media trackers, or data brokers.
6. Data Retention
- Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics data: Retained by Google according to their standard retention policies (typically up to 14 months for Analytics, 90 days for Crashlytics).
- Local data (playlists, settings, preferences): Stored on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall it.
- Purchase records: Managed by Google Play; we retain only the purchase verification token for premium status validation.
7. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party.
Anonymous, aggregated crash and analytics data is processed by Google Firebase as described above. No personally identifiable information is shared.
8. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information associated with the App:
- All network communication uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- Local data is stored in the App's private storage, protected by the Android operating system's sandboxing.
- We do not maintain any external servers or databases that store user data.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is not specifically directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not require account creation and does not collect personal data, there is minimal risk. If you believe a child has somehow provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
10. Your Rights and Choices
- Opt out of Analytics: You can limit ad tracking and analytics collection through your device's privacy settings (Settings > Google > Ads on Android).
- Revoke permissions: You can revoke any permission at any time through your device's Settings > Apps > MAP > Permissions.
- Delete local data: Clear the App's data or uninstall it to remove all locally stored information.
- Request data deletion: Contact us at the email below to request deletion of any data associated with your device.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
